If you're reporting a bug, it helps a lot if you include your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Open Bible Match, tap your avatar to openSettings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
Your progress — levels, stars, shekels and streaks — is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may erase it, so keep a device backup if your streak matters to you.
Verse-based games use the New International Version (NIV). Trivia questions are written and fact-checked against the biblical text; if you think one is wrong, email us the question and we'll review it.
Reminders need notification permission. Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Bible Match, then make sure the reminder toggle is on inside the app's Settings.
